Terms and Conditions | Curve Space Studio

There are certain restrictions with regards the number of people and types of activity allowed in the studio. Parking space, noise and disruption to neighbours and the ground floor business are all taken into account when making a booking. Curve Space reserves the right of admission.
Please use the banking details as they appear on the Curve Space quote and invoice.
A 50% deposit is required to secure a date for a booking at least 7 days in advance. The balance of the booking fee is due 2 days (48 hours) before the reserved date for final confirmation. All payments are to be made EFT or cash only and proof of payment emailed to studio@curvespace.co.za
A change of booking date will be permitted at no charge provided that it is made in writing (email to studio@curvespace.co.za) and giving at least 7 days’ notice. Changes or cancellations with less than 7 days’ notice will result in a forfeiting of the 50% deposit.
A pro-forma invoice will be sent to you upon booking. Once full payment has been received, a tax invoice will be sent to you and the booking will be confirmed.
Regular and recurring bookings should be block booked for a calendar month to ensure the space is reserved.
